Hebi Jufeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. began developing harmless treatment equipment for livestock and poultry waste in 2018. This next-generation aerobic fermentation system is designed to handle various types of manure, livestock and poultry carcasses, and adapts to regional differences. The equipment is suitable for processing organic wastes such as chicken manure, pig manure, cow dung, kitchen waste, and urban sludge. It boasts advantages like a small footprint, low energy consumption, mobility as a modular processing plant, and rapid production of high-quality organic fertilizer. Clean, environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and highly effective, it offers livestock farmers a cutting-edge solution for manure management—the 11FFG-type aerobic fermentation tank.
Our company was established in 2018 and has grown into a modern enterprise integrating the manufacturing and sales of mining equipment and environmental protection machinery. Located in the Shilin Township Industrial Park, Shan District, Hebi City, Henan Province, our company covers an area of 53,000 square meters, with a building footprint of 17,000 square meters. We boast fixed assets valued at 180 million yuan and registered capital of 10.8 million yuan. Currently, our team comprises 150 employees, including 32 highly skilled professionals across various technical fields. We are equipped with state-of-the-art standard workshops capable of handling tasks such as assembly, riveting and welding, mechanical processing, and electrical control system integration. Our facility is also outfitted with over 120 advanced production and inspection machines, complemented by a fully functional laboratory. Notably, key components like spindle assemblies and other critical parts are entirely manufactured and installed in-house. Moreover, our products undergo rigorous factory inspections using comprehensive testing instruments, ensuring strict process control and efficient production timelines. As a result, our products consistently meet industry standards and have earned a solid reputation for their reliability and quality.
