Aerobic Organic Fertilizer Fermentation Tank
The 11FFG series aerobic fermentation tanks for organic materials are developed based on advanced foreign technology, with improvements and upgrades tailored to the varying organic content in different types of organic waste. These tanks have been specifically designed as harmless treatment equipment suitable for handling diverse organic wastes, while also adapting to regions with high humidity and extremely cold climates. This integrated, turnkey system is ideal for efficiently processing organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, sewage sludge, and food residues.
The equipment leverages the natural decomposition process carried out by microorganisms, enabling a continuous aerobic fermentation within a sealed tank over 7 to 12 days. During this process, organic solid waste is effectively deodorized, decomposed, and rendered harmless—ultimately paving the way for true resource recovery and reuse.
Vertical Organic Fertilizer Fermentation Tank
This product is a highly efficient, composite microbial inoculant specifically designed for the treatment of perishable organic wastes such as garbage, sludge, and poultry/livestock manure. The product consists of thermophilic microbial strains (containing 20 billion/g) and bioenzymes. By incorporating these thermophilic microorganisms, the fermentation temperature is elevated, enabling shorter fermentation cycles, enhanced operational efficiency, reduced production costs, and improved pathogen elimination. After application, this product effectively breaks down cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin, rapidly mineralizing carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, and other elements in the composting material into simple organic compounds—fully supplying essential nutrients required for crop growth. Moreover, its ability to ferment organic waste at high temperatures also allows it to produce heat-resistant enzymes, giving the process excellent deodorizing properties. As a result, the product boasts outstanding advantages such as rapid maturation, odor-free fermentation, and significant waste reduction, ultimately achieving the dual goals of rendering organic waste harmless, turning it into valuable resources, and improving the surrounding environment.
