In the Shilin Town Industrial Park of Shancheng District, the 80 units/year livestock and poultry waste fermentation tank project invested and constructed by Hebi Jufeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is advancing at an accelerated pace. Reporters saw at the project construction site that the main workshop has basically been completed, and workers are making final preparations for the installation of the first intelligent production line.
Wen Baoping, General Manager of Hebi Jufeng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.: "The workshop is currently under construction, and the main structure of the main workshop has been completed. Now we are working on the auxiliary equipment. It is expected that the workshop will be completed around July 15th. Then the equipment will enter the site, and normal production will start at the end of August. In addition, after the normal production starts, the products will be sold to areas south of the Yangtze River and Southeast Asian countries."
According to the person in charge of the enterprise, the newly built livestock and poultry waste fermentation tank project will be equipped with 5 intelligent production lines. By introducing advanced equipment such as cutting machines, welding machines, and plate bending machines, the production efficiency will be greatly improved, and each fermentation tank can meet high-standard quality requirements. Each fermentation tank can treat 5,000 tons of livestock and poultry manure per year. While solving the problem of breeding pollution, it can also convert waste into organic fertilizer, promoting the development of agricultural circular economy. After the project reaches full capacity, the annual output value will exceed 50 million yuan, and it will provide 150 jobs for the local area, realizing a win-win situation of economic and social benefits.
