Structural Components
It mainly consists of a walking fermentation tank body, tracks, a turning-pile device, and a tank-reversing mechanism. Adopting a bridge-type structure—either spanning longitudinally or transversely—it can be easily adapted to various site conditions. Additionally, the track-based operation helps reduce energy consumption. Some models are equipped with automatic feeding and discharging functions, and their height can be adjusted according to the moisture content of the materials.
